Payment Information

To ensure efficiency, all sitting types are invoiced at the time of booking. 

A $50* fee is required to hold your chosen date and time. Once your payment is received, your booking will be confirmed. In the event your sitting in cancelled (under 48 hours from your session), Little Eyes Photography shall retain 100% (Deposit only) of monies paid to offset any loss of business. You will also be required to read and agree to contract terms set out by Little Eyes Photography & Design. (See below)

Please note: A $30 break of appointment fee is applicable. This is to cover my assistant fees and utility fees in cases of non contact and subsequent non attendance. We understand there are extenuating circumstances, but contact should 100% be made if you cannot attend.

*Amount payable is subject to the type of session you've booked. This amount may be more, if you'd booked a timeline, a mini session or a wedding!

Contractual Obligation (Client)

Please follow this link to our standard session or wedding contract.

These terms and conditions MUST be agreed to prior to our session. If your session has been undertaken, it is understood that these contractual terms have been agreed to.


*Gift vouchers are not-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

*Voucher is for 1 photographic session only

*Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and shoot must be booked for a date within time.

*Your appointment must be booked and executed within 6 months ONLY. 

*Little Eyes Photography are not obligated to return any funds if voucher has expired.

*Little Eyes Photography & Design are not obligated to advise purchaser or recipient if voucher is expiring or extend the time if the expiration date has come and gone.

Little Eyes Photography reserves the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at anytime.
